1. Who we are

Construction OS ("we", "us") provides construction management software. You can reach us through our contact page.

2. The law we follow

We process personal data in line with Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843), and register with the Data Protection Commission as required.

3. What we collect

• Account details: name, e-mail, phone, job title and profile picture.
• Company data your organisation enters, such as projects, documents and records. Your organisation controls this data; we process it on its behalf.
• Usage and technical data needed to run, secure and improve the service.
• Messages you send through this website.

4. Ghana Card

A company may store a worker's Ghana Card number. We do not ask for or store copies or photos of the card, in line with the National Identity Register (Amendment) Regulations, 2026.

5. How we use data

• To provide the service, including e-mail notifications.
• To keep accounts and data secure.
• To answer enquiries and support requests.
• Optional AI features send the minimum relevant project information to AI providers under no-training, limited-retention terms.

6. Staff access

Our staff see account, usage and billing information. They do not access a company's project content without that company's permission, and staff actions are logged.

7. Sharing

We use service providers for hosting, e-mail and AI processing under contracts that protect your data. We do not sell personal data.

8. Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to processing. Company owners can request an export or deletion of their company's data.

9. Security

Data is encrypted in transit, access is controlled per company, project and role, and backups are kept for recovery.

10. Changes

We will post updates here and notify account owners of significant changes.
